These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through the online store of Ryan & Jennifer — Vancouver. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1) Scope & Acceptance

By accessing our website or placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into contracts and that you accept these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy and Returns Policy.

2) Product Information & Pricing

We work hard to provide accurate descriptions, images, sizing, and pricing. Despite our efforts, typographical errors or inaccuracies may occur. We may correct any errors and update information at any time without prior notice.

  • Colours may vary due to screen settings/lighting.

  • If a pricing error is discovered after your order, we will contact you to confirm, cancel, or refund as appropriate.

3) Orders, Payment & Fraud Checks

  • Order acceptance: Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the order confirmation email. We may refuse/cancel an order (e.g., stock issues, payment problems, suspected fraud).

4) Processing & Delivery

  • Transit time: typically 3–7 business days (destination-dependent).

  • Origin: many items ship directly from our supplier in China.

  • Tracking: we provide track & trace where available.

  • Customs/duties: For cross-border deliveries, import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees may apply and are your responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

  • Delays: Estimated timelines are guidance, not guarantees; delays may occur due to carrier capacity, weather, customs, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

5) Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

  • Returns must be authorized via email to info@ryanjennifervancouver.com within the stated window.

  • Unless otherwise stated, return shipping and any customs/duties are the customer’s responsibility.

  • For sizing/colour changes, the quickest method is to return and place a new order.

6) Risk of Loss & Delivery Issues

  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided.

  • If carrier tracking shows Delivered to your supplied address, we are not responsible for loss/theft thereafter.

  • Address errors: You are responsible for accurate addressing; report corrections within 24 hours of ordering.

7) Intellectual Property

All website content—text, designs, photos, logos, graphics, product names—is the property of Ryan & Jennifer — Vancouver or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8) Use of the Website

You agree not to misuse the site (e.g., introduce malware, attempt unauthorized access, scrape protected data, or engage in fraudulent activity). We may suspend access for security or maintenance.

9) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ryan & Jennifer — Vancouver shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits/revenues, arising from your use of the site or purchase of products. Our total liability for any claim related to your order shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product(s).

10) Warranties & Suitability

Except as expressly stated, products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that items will meet your individual requirements (e.g., fit, colour perception). Please consult size guides and contact us for assistance before purchase.

11) Complaints & Support

Questions or complaints can be submitted in writing to info@ryanjennifervancouver.com. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

12) Force Majeure

We are not responsible for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, wars, epidemics, government actions, carrier interruptions, or internet/utility outages.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The Effective date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.

14) Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Vancouver, BC.
