Returns Policy

We do our best to keep you happy. If something isn’t quite right, this page explains how returns work at Ryan & Jennifer — Vancouver.


1) Return Window & Conditions

  • Request within 14 days: You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition, with all tags/labels attached and in the original packaging.

  • Tried on is okay; worn is not: Trying on for fit is fine; wearing the product (make-up, perfume, deodorant marks, visible wear) voids eligibility.

  • Customer pays return shipping: All return shipping costs—including any international postage and customs fees—are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Multiple sizes/“wardrobing”: Orders placed with the intent to return most of the items (e.g., bulk size trials) are not eligible for return under this policy.

  • Non-returnable items (for hygiene/finality):

    • Underwear, bodysuits, hosiery, earrings, face coverings

    • Final-sale/clearance items marked “Final Sale” at checkout

    • Gift cards

    • Customized/monogrammed items

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


2) How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at info@ryanjennifervancouver.com within 14 days of delivery with: order number, item(s), and reason.

  2. After approval, we’ll send you the return address of our supplier (based in China) and simple packing instructions.

  3. Ship the item back at your own cost. Use a tracked service and keep your receipt/track code.

  4. Mark the parcel clearly as “Return of Goods” to help avoid extra customs charges. Any duties/taxes charged to us will be deducted from your refund.

Returns sent without prior authorization or to an incorrect address may be rejected.


3) Refunds

  • Inspection: Once the parcel arrives at our supplier’s return facility and passes inspection, we’ll process your refund.

  • Timeline: Please allow up to 14 days from receipt at the return address for the refund to appear via your original payment method.

  • What’s refunded: Product price(s) only. Shipping fees, customs/duties, and return postage are non-refundable.

  • Deductions: If the item is not returned in its original condition or arrives late/insufficiently packaged, a reasonable reconditioning or handling fee may apply.


4) Exchanges

Need a different size or color? The fastest method is to return the original item (per the steps above) and place a new order right away.


5) Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, email info@ryanjennifervancouver.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label

Once verified, we’ll replace the item or refund you (including reasonable shipping where applicable).


6) Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

  • Customer-provided address: You are responsible for the accuracy of your shipping address.

  • Changes: Report corrections within 24 hours of ordering at info@ryanjennifervancouver.com.

  • Delivered but not received: If the carrier’s tracking shows Delivered to the address you provided, we are not responsible for loss/theft after delivery. Consider filing a claim with the carrier and checking with neighbors/building management.


7) Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after our confirmation:

  1. Check your bank or card statement again.

  2. Contact your card issuer—processing time can vary.
