Payment Policy

Currency: Prices are shown and charged in CAD unless stated otherwise. Applicable GST/HST/PST is displayed at checkout.

We offer multiple secure ways to pay. Availability can vary by country, device, and order value.

1) Accepted Payment Methods (availability varies)

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard (AMEX where available)

  • Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay

If a method doesn’t appear at checkout, it’s not currently supported for your region/order.

2) Security & Data Protection

  • All checkout pages use SSL/TLS encryption.

  • Card data is processed by PCI-DSS compliant payment processors; we do not store full card numbers or CVV on our servers.

  • We may perform fraud checks (e.g., AVS/CVV, velocity checks). Orders may be declined or held pending verification.

3) Authorizations, Charges & Processing

  • Your order is processed after successful payment.

  • For cards/BNPL, your bank or provider may place a pre-authorization. If the order is cancelled, the hold releases per your bank’s timelines.

  • If payment fails or is reversed, the order will not ship (or may be cancelled).

4) Taxes, Duties & Fees

  • Sales taxes (GST/HST/PST) are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

  • For international deliveries, import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees may apply and are your responsibility unless otherwise stated.

5) Refunds

  • If you’re eligible for a refund (e.g., an approved return per our Returns Policy), we’ll issue it to your original payment method.

  • Timeline: up to 14 days after the returned item is received and inspected at the return address.

  • Original shipping fees, duties, and return postage are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

6) Chargebacks & Disputes

  • Unauthorized transactions will be investigated; fraudulent activity may be reported to the payment provider/carrier.
